Applying Broad Capability To Meet A Client's Specific Needs
Other EHS or security training firms offer only standard "cookie cutter" classes aimed at gaining student certifications. The All Hazards Training Center's commitment to our clients extends far beyond that. We are distinct in our ability to formulate custom training programs that focus on clients' unique, specific needs. Such programs consider the client's facilities, equipment, materials handled, local law enforcement and emergency response agencies and other related factors. Even the training manuals and pre-test/post-tests are customized accordingly.
However, the client's need is not always just training. Findlay All Hazards also conducts facility safety and threat assessments, collaborative emergency response plan development and live exercise planning and implementation. We can offer such services and associated training at multiple locations, simultaneously, because of our large pool of qualified subject matter experts and our ability to leverage distance-learning technology.
Our capabilities and expertise include:- Writing/Revising Policies
- Plan Evaluations and Audits
- Threat & Safety Assessments
- Develop Emergency Operations Plans
- Exercise & Simulation Development
- National Incident Command System
- Incorporate Community Resources (public health, etc.) into Plans
- Disaster Preparedness Planning
- Job-Specific Training Materials
- Conflict Resolution Training
Findlay All Hazards' subject matter experts apply these capabilities across a broad spectrum of EHS, Security and Emergency Management topics. For example, a Plan Evaluation or Audit can be done for a chemical plant spill response or a school lockdown plan. An Integrated Exercise can be developed for a truck terminal handling hazardous materials or a hospital responding to a mass casualty incident.

Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Training – All Hazards Perspective
We offer the complete ESH compliance training you'd expect: one-to-five-day courses focused on compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations, delivered at client locations or our fully-equipped training centers. Our courses include extensive hands-on training, with the PPE, tools, techniques, and supplies required in the field.
But we also custom design OSHA Safety training to meet your specific needs. We'll develop safety training exercises – tabletop to full-scale simulations – that enhance learning. And our affiliation with the OSHA Training Institute allows us to offer the OSHA 500 Series courses for Construction and General Industry, and their respective update courses.
You want more than training certificates. You want your employees to adopt a safety-centric mindset. We teach them to recognize and evaluate potential safety problems. That extra focus on prevention helps your team minimize violations, downtime and risk to personnel.
The EstabliSHEd Training Classes The Industry Requires
Our depth of instructor experience and state-of-the-art facilities differentiate Findlay All Hazards from firms aimed chiefly at issuing training certificates. For example, we focus on prevention – not just response and recordkeeping – by addressing sabotage and gradual degradation of equipment and facilities. We have training setups for multiple industrial and transportation scenarios that really bring concepts and practices to life for your team. That makes the following 'standard' classes we offer very unique:
- Emergency Response: Technician Level and Incident Command
- 30-Hour and 10-Hour OSHA Construction Compliance (also offered online)
- 30-Hour and 10-Hour OSHA General Industry Compliance (also offered online)
- OSHA 511, 501 and 503 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry
- OSHA 510, 500 and 502 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry
