Provides sophisticated data and inventory tracking for multiple facilities enterprise wide. Tracks over 200 fields including components, CAS#, %, quantities, locations, properties, specific gravity, NFPA/HMIS. Generates numerous state and federal reports, including SARA 313 and TIER II summaries.
ImageWave - MSDSWriter GHS:
Creates GHS SDS and ANSI 16 Section Standard MSDSs for your company’s products. Includes advanced features such as preloaded chemical database, standard list libraries, and customizable templates. Add your company’s logo and make your MSDSs available via the Internet.
ImageWave - Intranet Module:
The Intranet module allows you to host your own MSDS Search and Retrieval page using Imagewave's exclusive fuzzy seach capability over your corporate Intranet.
ImageWave - Container Labeling Module:
Generates container labels in various sizes and formats including GHS, HMIS, and NFPA. Can be used within the Application Manager or added to the Intranet Module and Employee Search & Retrieval interface.
ImageWave - MSDS Summary Display:
Displays a summary of the MSDS at the Intranet Module and Employee Search & Retrieval interface (when the employee selects an MSDS, they can also view the summary).
ImageWave - CD Generator:
Allows you to create a set of CD(s) with your entire MSDS database and the MSDS Search and Retrieval Interface for emergency back-up purposes. Provides a portable back-up database of your MSDSs on CD that is easy to load and use.
ImageWave - Barcode Inventory Module:
Manages the receiving, usage and movement of facility inventory. Generates inventory bar code labels, manages physical inventory with a PDT (hand held scanner), batch processes inventory such as bulk relocation, produces inventory discrepancy reports, tracks inventory activity by user.
ImageWave - Waste Disposal Module:
Tracks waste related data such as federal and state waste codes, treatment options, and inventories. Performs waste manifest tracking and reporting. Generates the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest form. Summarizes data for the Biennial Hazardous Waste Report.
ImageWave - Air/Water Emissions Tracking Module:
Performs permit tracking & management, tracks Water & Emission sampling, manages sampling scheduling, produces Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) and Emission Monitoring Reports.
ImageWave - Shadow Copy Utility:
Copies your entire MSDS database to another server, such as a laptop or secondary server, for emergency back-up purposes. Periodically checks for any changes to the database and automatically copies the changes to the back-up.

Allows employees who don’t have computer access to enter an MSDS # over the phone and receive the corresponding MSDS at their fax machine.

You choose the software configuration you want and we host it for you over the Internet using our servers. You save on internal IT costs and services, hardware and storage. We host your data and MSDS database for easy access by your employees over the Internet. Special security features ensure that only your company’s personnel have access to your specific data and MSDS database.
Send us your MSDSs and we’ll scan and index them for you. Our professional MSDS Management department will scan hardcopies and index key fields of data from each MSDS such as, MSDS#, Product Name, Chemical Name, Manufacturer, Revision Date, Components, CAS#, %, GHS Classifications, HMIS/NFPA, Locations, and more.
Send us a list of products and we’ll build your MSDS database for you. Your database will include an exact image of each MSDS as it was issued by the manufacturer. We will also index the key data fields you select, such as MSDS#, Product Name, Chemical Name, Manufacturer, Revision Date, Components, CAS#, %, GHS Classifications, HMIS/NFPA, Locations, and more.
We can help keep your MSDS database up to date by acquiring new, GHS compliant revisions and archiving old MSDSs. We can also add new MSDSs to your database on an ongoing basis, as needed.
If you have any existing data that you would like to retain and import directly into MSDSFinder/EHS Enterprise, our Data Import Service will perform this function. We can also set up a filter for on-going import of data from other databases, such as periodic import of data from purchasing or inventory systems.
