职位描述
岗位职责:
• Engineering qualification (additional commercial qualification an advantage);
• At least 8 years’ managerial experience;
• Strong financial acumen;
• Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin);
• Proven track record of meeting company/project deadlines;
• Experience in managing the implementation of policies and procedures;
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in line with Country’s statutory requirements;
• Lead strategy of the branch and implement lean operations;
• Ensure that strategies are in line with Group strategies;
• Knowledge of The company’s systems/products is not paramount but must have good understanding and working experience of safety systems;
• Will be responsible and accountable for the performance of China and will report to the CEO of The global mother company;
• Will be responsible for business development and the securing of new clients;
• Will forge relationships with key Government Departments and Officials;
• Understanding of labour laws;
• Will be responsible for employing additional resources in both the Shenzhen and Beijing Offices and growing The company into other regions within China;
• Manage and implement a detailed business plan for the successful integration of the The company’s system into numerous industries in China;
• Be able to identify market trends and identify specific target market in line with The company’s products;
• Meet company financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• The position would be based in Beijing
