Job Description
Our client is seeking exceptional talent to lead all Security, Safety, Fire, and Health Services operational efforts in preparation for the opening of the resort. During the pre-opening phase, this person will be responsible for the development, procedural planning, governmental liaising, staff recruiting, and staff training to ensure the successful launch of the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Services teams, including those for the Theme Park, Hotels and any 3rd-party operated locations. Post opening, this person will transition to being responsible for day-to-day operational readiness of Security, Safety, Fire and Health Services functions in the Resort.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent |
Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in security, safety, fire and health services with a strong knowledge of appropriate government standards in China |
Proven ability to develop policies and guidelines for large-scale operations |
Proven experience leading across multiple functions |
Proven relationships with external law enforcement agencies within China |
Proven strategic thinking and strategy development skills |
Proven networking and influencing skills |
Proven track record in leveraging technology to source talent |
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills |
Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization|
Willingness to work and integrate with multiple partners |
Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities |
