EHS&Q Administrator

Principal Function 岗位职能概述 
协助EHS&Q经理建立并执行公司综合的EHS&Q管理体系。确保公司运营符合国家和地方相关的法律法规要求及澳大利亚总部标准。担当安全委员会日常行政管理工作并协助消除WTC工作场所存在的各类危险。 
Assists EHS&Q Manager to establish and implement a comprehensive EHS&Q system. Ensures the operations are in compliance with applicable national & local legislations as well as WesTrac HQ requirements. Acts as administration for the EHS&Q Committee and assist in the elimination of existing hazards in the WTC workplace.

Principal Accountabilities 职责描述 
1.协助EHS&Q经理建立并执行公司EHS&Q管理体系。 
Assist EHS&Q Manager to develop and implement EHS&Q system in WTC. 
2.定期完成各类EHS&Q推广和促进活动。 
Completes regular EHS&Q promotion activities as developed and required by management. 
3.管理、控制EHS&Q相关的文件、记录和培训资料。 
Manages and controls EHS&Q functional documents, records, and training materials. 
4.协助EHS&Q经理完成各类EHS&Q的报告、计划和其它日常性工作。 
Assists EHS&Q Manager to complete EHS&Q reports, plans and other daily issues. 
5.协助EHS&Q经理执行内部培训和外部培训等相关事务。 
Assist EHS&Q Manager to implement and complete internal training and external training requirements. 
6.负责安全委员会的日常协调工作。 
Assists in the coordination of the EHS&Q Committee 
7.在经理的领导下开展广泛的安全审核工作。 
Undertakes aspects of company safety audit under the leadership of the manager. 
8. 协助管理公司质量文件体系。 
Assists in the management of the Quality Document Management System. 
9. 完成其它赋予的任务。 
Other tasks as required. 

Internal Relationship 公司内部关系 
EHS&Q经理、污染控制顾问、安全委员会代表、WD同事及其它合作部门的同事。 
EHS&Q Manager, CC Advisor, Safety Committee Representatives, Workforce Development co-workers, and other personnel as required. 

External Relationship 公司外部关系 
Caterpillar及其它外部咨询和培训人员。 
Caterpillar and external EHS&Q Consultants, Suppliers and Training Providers. 

Competencies and Skills 素质和技能 
Essential Criteria 基本素质 
1.适当的EHS&Q专业技能和经验。 
Adequate technical ability and prior experience in EHS&Q field. 
2.熟悉文件资料管理体系。 
Familiar with document at management systems. 
3.良好的英语和计算机技能。 
Good written and oral English skills and computer skills. 
4.熟悉EHS&Q体系相关的法律法规及运行经验。 
Familiar with EHS&Q system related laws/regulations and running experience. 
5.良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神。 
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 

Preferred Criteria 优先条件 
熟悉ISO 14000, ISO9000 和18000体系。 
Familiar with ISO 14000, ISO9000 and 18000 Systems.
