安全经理 EHS Manager

Job Specification:

职责描述：

1、Coordinate EH&S activities on site.

环境和职业健康管理体系的建设与维护工作

2、Conduct EH &S introduction and training to new starters to the project, including C3 staff and contractors' workers so that they are acquainted with safety requirements, safe work practices, and procedures.

对项目现场工作人员实施EHS培训，包括生特瑞所有员工和承包商工人以便他们熟悉的安全要求,安全工作方法和程序

3、Monitor subcontractor compliance with applicable EH &S requirements.

监督承包商是否遵守项目安全规定；

4、File EH &S performance reports, and other EH &S reports as required by project.

根据项目要求撰写安全执行报告以及其他相关报告；

5、Advise Project Manager of hazardous conditions/concerns or near-miss incidents.

向项目经理报告潜在危险情况及可能事故

6、Assist in facilitating and/or conducting accident/incident investigations.

帮助推动和进行事故/事件调查。

7、Verify and update all required EH &S postings, warnings and signs applicable to the project work/hazards.

及时更新项目安全检查情况，对危险因素进行警告和标志；

8、Verify that all personnel who must enter controlled areas are qualified to do so.

核实查证所有进入控制区域的人员是否有工作准入证；

9、Verify that emergency numbers, including physicians and hospital locations, are valid and posted, and these emergency services have access to the field site.

确保急救措施是否到位，包括项目现场医疗医院，附近医院是否可用

10、Prevent and correct safety and health issues through job safety / risk analysis.

通过工作安全/风险分析预防和解决安全与健康问题；

11、Collect and report safety performance data and statistics.

收集和报告安全性能数据统计；

12、Establish construction safety training requirements and training materials.

制作施工安全培训手册；

13、Ensuring contractors and workers maintain safety awareness at all times.

确保承包商和工人在任何时侯都有安全防范意识；

14、Implementing safety programs for the project.

贯彻实施项目安全规范;

Key qualification:

职位要求：

1、Bachelor Degree or above in engineering background;

大学本科或以上学历，具有工程背景；

2、Safety License holders are preferred;

有安全员证或环境工程师证书优先考虑；

3、Minimum 8 years working experience in safety engineering;

8年以上施工现场安全管理工作经验，具有外资或合资公司工作经验优先;

4、Able to communicate with expats in English;

具有良好英文书写和表述能力。

5、Foreign company or JV company experiences are preferred;

具有外资或合资公司工作经验优先;

6、Be familiar with national and international ES&H standards and regulations

熟悉国内国际EHS体系的标准和规范；
