EHS 经理

Major responsibilities:
1. Plan, lead, coordinate, train, control and continual improve daily work of EHS management         team and security  management team.
        策划，组织，领导， 控制与持续改进EHS管理与保卫管理团队的日常工作。
2. Responsible for  implementing, monitoring, measuring and enhancing  KSB SH active 5S /EHS management system for all areas and processes including shops, offices, public areas, dangerous substances , on-going construction sites, and any outsourcing agents working in KSB SH .
        负责公司所有区域（包括车间，办公室，公共区域， 危化品， 基建区域， 外包商等）的EHS管理与5S管理的推行，监视，测量与改进工作 。
3. Responsible for pant security  management for all areas and processes including shops,
        offices, public areas, in-gate and out-gate, dormitory etc..
       负责公司所有区域（包括车间，办公室，公共区域， 门卫，宿舍等）的保卫管理工作。
4. Responsible for reporting any issues of plant security management, safety management ,
        fire-fighting ,  environment  to applicable government agencies and superior group company .
        负责与相关政府机关以及上级公司进行有关公司保卫， 安全，消防，环境等相关事项的联络工作
5.  Participate any  kaizen continual  improvement plans  of process capability and5S/EHS/plant security management in his/her responsible working processes.
        积极参加本人负责工作区域的过程改进与5S/EHS/工厂保卫管理改善工作。
6.      Any agreed-to works by  HR manager.
       上级安排其它的工作。

Defined competencies:

1.   8 years and above related working experience, familiar with 5S management, EHS management and plant security management , practices on equipment plants is highly preferable.
     8 年以上相关工作经验，熟悉5S管理/EHS管理/工厂保卫管理，最好是具有设备工厂行业的工作背景。
2.   Familiar with legal requirement and related  technical standards for occupational health , industrial safety and environment protection management.
     熟悉职业健康与工业安全、环境保护等法律法规以及相关标准。
3.  Versed in ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
    熟悉ISO14001与OHSAS18001等国际标准。
4.  Candidates with ISO14001& OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificates and lots of EHS practice in
    western enterprises are highly preferred.
    具备ISO14001与OHSAS18001内审员证书与实际欧美公司EHS工作经验优先考虑。
5． Exposure and practices in plant guard management  of equipment manufacturing fields are highly preferred
    在设备制造行业具备工厂保卫管理工作经验优先考虑。
6. Skilled in English，computer
    精通英语与计算机
7．Proactive, communicable , persuasive, pressure- resistant and team-working
   工作主动、良好的沟通、说服、抗压与团队工作能力
