1.Be responsible for e-marketing strategies making and set target;

2.Be responsible for e-marketing tactics, activities and monitor implementation;

3.Make IT related project proposal;

4.Enhance customer volume, registration and visit on line through SEO;
优化网站搜索流量SEO-和新客户获取,注册,重复访问;
5.Plan e-marketing activities, including scope, platform, tools and implement schedule;
策划E-MARKETING活动内容,包括定位和方式,平台和工具,实施计划
6.Lead and execute e-marketing activities and program by leverage all related parties;
领导,执行E-MARKETING活动和项目的具体行动,并动员所有业务伙伴资源
7.Analyze and evaluate e-marketing activities and provide report;
分析和解析E-MARKETING活动的评估,预测,提供报告;
8.Compile e-marketing needed documents, such as WEB,ONLINE,PPT ,VEDIO and SNS etc.;
制作各类内容文件支持E-MARKETING -WEB,ONLINE,PPT ,VEDIO ,SNS等;
9.Manage and standardize information on all e-channels;
制定管理E-CHANNEL的所有标准,并确保信息的统一连贯;
10.Manage vendors to implement e-marketing programs and activities;
管理第三方公司,实施E MARKETING计划和活动;
11.Stay abreast of new technologies and search practices;
联系和关注所有外部技术和渠道资源,保证E-MARKETING的外部资源及时获取;
12.Track and evaluate competitions’ activities to identify industrial best practice.
对竞争对手的E-MARKETING活动追踪评估,并分析行业最佳实践。
Requirements: 职位要求:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in IT, Sales & Marketing or related fields is preferred
学士学位或同等学历, IT、市场营销及相关专业尤佳;
• Seasoned e-marketing or marketing professional at least 5-8(for Mgr)/2-3(for specialist) years with relevant experiences, minimum 2-3 years in SEO (searching engine optimization);
从事网络营销或市场部相关工作5-8年(经理)或2-3年(专员),SEO(搜索引擎优化)相关工作经验2-3年;
• Ability to use SEO SEM skills, apply tools of EDM EFAX ,DM ,PROMOTION ,GOOGLE & BAIDU analytics, web analysis and keywords search;
懂SEO SEM 优化技术,及各种工具、资源EDM EFAX ,DM ,PROMOTION ,GOOGLE、百度分析器,网站分析,关键字、标题搜索;
• Knowledge of CRM CLM、EXCEL and SQL etc.;
具备CRM CLM、EXCEL和SQL等知识;
• Good understanding and experience in HTML JAVASCRIPT DIV+CSS, FLASH,SOCIAL MEDIA application;
了解页面HTML JAVASCRIPT DIV+CSS等语言,对视频,FLASH,SOCIAL MEDIA有实际使用;
• Experiences with leading and managing a team. Strong strategic and business acumen awareness;
