ROLE PURPOSE
· EHS management to foster a safe, healthy working environment for all employees complying with Government/ Company regulations, laws, policies and company management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Authority auditing organization, coordination, correction tracking and supervision
· Waste material management and treatment including valuable and valueless
· Occupational disease management including disease impact evaluation, disease prevention, health check arrangement, etc
· Work related injury and accident identification, treatment, protection, training, reporting and following corrective action
· Fire protection management and employee training
· Plating production certificate application and coordination
· Employee meal management avoiding any sanitary issue
· Emergency predictive control and planning
· EHS management for construction contractors
· PPE management
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Critical Knowledge: Bachelor degree in EHS related
Critical Skills:
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Active and solution providing
· Good English skills both in written and spoken
Critical Experience:
· 3-5 years working experience of EHS management in foreign companies with Manufacturing background
