Senior EHS consultant 高级EHS顾问
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train his EHS team member. Build a 3-4 or above member EHS consulting team.
- Supervise the deliver of projects of his/her EHS team and prepare EHS services proposal & quotation plan for potential customer.
- Execute EHS project independently and work as project head;
- Provide EHS consultancy for manufacturing sites, dangerous chemical transport & warehouse and construction projects;
- Develop EHS training programs independently and work as the trainer of public courses and customer internal training;
- Lead workshops in specific areas that include but not limited to: behavior based safety, process hazard analysis (HAZOP), EHS regulations/standards, contractor safety and operation safety etc;
- Lead EHS audits for customer sites or its assigned supplier and advise on the improvement for specified findings;
- Lead EHS Due Diligence and Environmental Site Assessment project;
- Coordinate environment conceptual design and testing consulting;
- Keep abreast of new EHS regulation development;
- Other works that is assignment by the company

- 能够独立并指导组员完成对生产型企业的EHS审核，出具报告， 并对整改方案提供咨询意见和建议
- 领导EHS尽职调查和环境场地评估(ESA)
- 与国外专家一起参与环境项目的概念设计
- 指导组员进行中国EHS法律法规的收集整理
- 完成其它公司交给的相关工作
General requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Environmental or Safety Engineering;
- Minimum 8 years of EHS working experience in manufacturing or consulting environment;
- Good team management or project management experience;
- Experienced in EHS training;
- Familiar with related local GB, international codes and standards;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Self starter and strong customer orientation;
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Certified national safety engineer is a plus;
- EHS experience in chemical industry is preferred.
