EHS 专员
Responsibilities :
--Responsible for the implementation of EHS System to ensure compliance with external EHS
regulations and standards and internal environmental policies and management systems.
实施EHS 系统，确保公司遵循外部EHS 法规和标准以及内部环保政策和管理系统
--Monitor environmental performance, formulate and execute internal EHS policy & procedure to
improve Company EHS performance such as evaluate and control energy, waste and etc. 监督环
境绩效，制定和执行政策和程序，提高环境绩效，包括对能源、废弃物等监测跟踪
--Organize internal audit, management audit and assist exterior audit 组织内部检查，协调外部
审核
--Identify & evaluate any risks; recommend PPE Mgt and working process or conditions 识别安全
因素，组织安全评价；对安全保护和工作流程（条件）给予建议
--Complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists or external
authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. 协调技术人员
或外部专家，核实并完成事故报告，分析原因避免再次发生
--Maintain and analyze records of occupation health issues (workplace injuries, illness, and
absences) and take correction and prevention; ensure first aid resource and process 维护职

--Organize training for staff to understand and comply with the health and safety policies
and standards. 组织培训，宣传EHS理念
--Communicate closely with local authorization to ensure that all local regulatory EHS
requirements and standards are consistently being met. 维护与本地区环保机构和其他与公司环保
和安全绩效有关的权威机构的积极关系。确保公司EHS 政策保持更新
--Maintain Building, including non-production machine & building control, as well as plant
tidy 厂房及非生产设备维护工作,包括厂区绿化和清洁。
Requirements :
--Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical/Automation is a plus
--Excellent communication skills, cooperative, proactive, innovative, adaptable, dependable
--Good communicating in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
--At least 1 years' related working experiences
--At least 3 years total working experience
--Understand ISO14000 system knowledge, auditing experience is preferred.
