职位描述
Responsibility
 
1.Ensures provision of Fire/Life Safety services at assigned owned and designated leased properties 
2.Provides advisory/tactical services related to Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety compliance, at the direction of Cisco
3.EHS Department. These to include but not limited to: Implementing/adapting Cicot and JCI EHS procedures to site activities up to and including, as required, ISO14001-Reporting and investigating EHS compliance issues - Implementing corrective and preventative actions to resolve EHS compliance issues - Assessing EHS hazards - Conducting EHS related inspections and tests
4.Participates in Cisco Safety Committee meetings and complete subsequently assigned action items
5.Participates in Cisco Environmental compliance audit closing meetings and complete subsequently assigned action items 
6.Participates in Cisco ISO 14001l compliance audits and drive completion of subsequently assigned action items 
7.Properly complete EHS assigned activities and tests consistent with the Cisco and JCI EH&S program requirements and procedural/reporting guidelines - Conduct post EHS compliance incident evaluations and produce post action reports with recommendations
8.Works with the Cisco Emergency Response Team (ERT) to actively recruit ERT participants from on site team members, ensuring such members are trained in accordance with any aspects of the safety policy which is under the JCI’s control and direction
9.Promotes in conjunction with  Account teams and Cisco ISO 14001 Programme Managers clear EHS standards up to and including ISO14001 as appropriate to Country/Theatre level and as directed by the client
10.Maintains excellent working relationships and communications with the Client team by holding regular meetings.
11.Provides professional advice, guidance, practical assistance & support to the Country /Regional Management and co-ordinate the delivery of EHS standards across in scope countries on account.
12.Maintains an up to date working knowledge of Cisco industry & legal practice across countries deemed in scope
13.Ensure account team comply with JCI standards for the region
14.Perform audits on country EHS performance by verifying the correct implementation of Corporate and legislative guidelines into their operations. Follow- up on any corrective action plans.  Mentor Country EHS leads to perform the same process
15.Issue monthly operations reports on EHS activities as well as monthly EHS performance reports.
16.Manage JCI EHS data management (CHESS) requirements for the account team, ensuring country teams deliver their EHS reports within the required timescales.
17.Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develops, in consort with the line organization, hazard control practices and programs. Assists line and staff management to understand OSHA regulations and other applicable standards, including guidance on handling compliance, inspections and citations.
18.Develops and coordinates site-specific safety training materials and performs Safety Training. Assesses new developments and regulations in the health and safety field that may have application to the site operations
 
 
Requirements
 
- Bachelor’s degree in security majors related, safety engineering management, industrial hygiene, or related technical field or equivalent education or experience.
- With at least 3-5 years of management experience in any security professional discipline(s), preferably in more than one area.
- With recognized certifications and or qualifications in relevant security disciplines 
- Strong verbal, written English and good communication skill
- Analytical, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management. 
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
