职位描述

Job Desciption:

1.Maintains knowledge of China National and Provincial EHS regulations and requirements;

2.Develops and implements EHS programs, including employee training and employee awareness program;

3.Monitors compliance with EHS regulations and permit requirements, implementing corrective action as necessary;

4.Coordinates applications for new permits, modifications to existing permits and enforcement actions;

5.Lead accident investigations to ensure root cause identification and corrective action plan development. Track corrective actions and routinely provide status report to management;

6.Assists plant employees to complete various projects to improve the health and safety of the work force;

7.Develops and recommends safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines and requirements;

8.Maintains all safety and health records and all governmental reporting documents and other similar reporting documents;

9.Managing the industrial hygiene, PPE, special equipment, safety accident, etc to comply with the occupational health and safety laws and permits.

10.Managing the chemical, MSDS, hazardous waste, waste water discharge, etc to comply with environmental laws and permits.

11.Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of environmental issues and reports to government agencies as required by law and regulations;

12.Lead the plant on periodic fire drill, coordination with local Fire Bureau, training of appointed fire-fighting teams and to ensure that all fire-fighting equipment is functioning;

13.To establish and manage the plant overall security system including security guards;

14.Any other duties as assigned by management

15.Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or Environmental engineering or a related field.Masters preferred

2.China National Safety Certification such as the Safety Engineer and/or the Environment Engineer qualification test for professional undertaking the EHS role.

3. 6+ years experience in the field of EHS.

4. 3+ years experience in the electronic industry, to be familiar with plant operation.

5. ISO14001 or OHSAS 18001 qualified auditor and well-versed in ISO14001 or OHSAS 18001 standards.

6. To be familiar with facility equipment and plating process
