Develop & improvement EHS management system to achieve Injury-free & Environment-friendly goals.
Launch EHS programs/initiatives to create EHS culture.
Improve EHS communications & training programs to raise EHS awareness.
Full compliance with local regulations and SG group standards.
Responsibilities:
Support EHS manager to define, develop and implement EHS programs or procedures.
Launch EHS tools (e.g., Risk assessment, SMAT, LOTO, PTW, Loss risk Self-diagnosis, etc)
Define internal auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance.
Implement incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline.
Manage contractor safety, site PPE, special equipment/workers certificates, fire fighting equipment, etc to be full complied with internal procedures or local regulations.
Implement risk management for new material/equipment, new process introduction.
Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders and external local authorities/suppliers or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc.
Complete EHS reports including audit finding reports in a timely manner.
Deliver EHS training to new hires, employees and subcontractors per defined schedule.
Follow company procedures, instructions or other rules (e.g. EHS, Quality).
