EHS Specialist（EHS部门）

岗位要求：
1、专科以上学历，化工相关专业；
2、至少3年相关工作经验；
3、较好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4、有注册安全工程师证优先，本工作侧重安全；

岗位描述：
1、负责公司的环境、健康和安全程序的实施及跟踪
Responsible for the enforcement and implementation of the safety, health and environmental policies and procedures of the company
2、负责组织人员对获取的法律法规和其他要求确定以之适用的环境及安全因素与潜在危险
Responsible for organizing personnel to identify the applicable environment and safety factors and latent risk for the attained laws, regulations and other requirements
3、负责法律法规和其他要求的收集
Responsible for collection of laws, regulations and other requirement
4、积极参加健康与安全方案的制定和管理。确保其100%符合总部安全与职业健康的规范要求，并符合当地适用的法令法规
Participating in the establishment and management for the health and safety scheme actively. Ensuring the scheme fully compliance with safety and occupational health regulation requirement by headquarter and local laws and regulations
5、协助现场负责人制定/提高员工和管理层履行其健康与安全方案中职责的技能
Assisting site principal to establish or upgrade staff and management's skill for implementing their duty in health and safety scheme
6、进行现场检查和方案评估
Appraising site inspection and program evaluation
7、检查项目、计划、规格和采购，确保健康与安全事宜得到重视
Inspecting project, plans，specification and procurement to ensure the recognition for the health and safety matters
8、协助评估和选择个人劳保用具
Assisting to appraise and select personal protection equipment
9、为员工和管理层提供技术和遵纪守法指南
Providing technical and law-abiding guidance for staff and management
10、审查事故报告和后续行动计划，参与事故调查
Examining the accident reports and follow-up action plan and participating in the accident investigation
11、确定法律符合性人员的培训工作,提供培训或对需要有资格的人进行验证
Confirming the training for personnel complied with the laws and regulations. Providing training or validating for the personnel required for qualification
12、建立文件体系，确保政府和公司规范要求的文件妥善保存，并定期审核和修订
Carrying out the proposal for identification, appraisal and control for risk harmful to people and chemical risk
13、作为公司的安全与职业健康与政府的业务联络人员，确保所有政府检查/不符合报告被妥善记录，保存，报告和改正。把有关法令法规的不符合通知立即上报公司最高管理层及公司总部
As the operation contact person between EHS for the company and the government, ensuring all check-up by government/Non Conformance Report be recorded, preserved, reported and corrected. Reporting the non conformance reports about the related laws and regulations to the top management and company headquarter immediately
