工作概述： 
Set up and maintain company safety and health system, including all relative policy, regulation and procedure to match company development. 
建立和维护公司安全健康的管理体系，包括所有相关的政策、规定和流程以支持公司的发展 
1. Lead and manage initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in safety includes to implement and develop programs based on company development. 
通过对安全体系的管理达成公司在安全管理方面的持续改进，包括执行并根据公司的生产状况变化更新、发展相关的管理流程
2. Provide expert advice of safety to organization. 
为整个公司提供安全方面的专业建议 
3. Identifies, evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs, support to find solution to eliminate, reduce or control the hazards or risk. 
识别、评估公司风险情况并执行和发展风险控制流程及相关的管理控制活动。支持职能部门来寻求解决方案来消除、减少并控制公司的风险。 
4. Assist site management and staff to understand national regulations and other applicable standards 
指导现场管理层和员工了解国家的法律和相关的安全标准 
5. Daily plant tour for safety audit to identify safety problem or hidden problem, coordinate with relative department to make corrective action and follow them implement. 
日常的工厂巡检发现安全问题或安全隐患，和相关部门协调制定改进措施并监督跟进措施的执行 
6. Make safety training plan and implement all kinds of safety training. 
作安全培训的计划并执行公司所有的安全培训 
7. Lead injury case investigation and deal with relative issues about work injury case. 
指导并参与工伤事故的调查，并处理工伤事件的相关事宜 
8. Performs other job-related duties as requested.

能力要求： 
1. Bachelors degree and major in safety engineering, industrial hygiene or related field 
大学本科毕业，安全管理、工业卫生及相关专业 
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at the similar foreign invested manufacture company. 
至少有5年在相当规模的外资制造型企业的类似从业经验 
3. Familiar with domestic law, regulation and OHSAS 
熟悉国内的法律法规及OHSAS 
4. Capable of interacting with all levels within an organization including executive level management

5. Good leadership and team building skill

6. Strong communication, coordination, organization ability
