职位描述
•职责Responsibility：
1.建立和维护EHS管理体系、架构及流程，确保公司EHS领域活动符合国家及地方法规政策；
Establish and maintain EHS management system, organization, and procedure, make sure that company activities comply laws, regulations, and corporate policies;
2.负责对公司涉及EHS领域活动的管理，为公司相关团队提供所有EHS法规的指导和管理支持。
Be responsible for the management of site EHS activities. Provide regulatory guidance and administration support on all EHS regulations to impacted groups.
3.完善EHS程序和培训项目，组织公司内部EHS培训, 提高员工EHS知识，持续改善员工EHS意识；
Improve EHS procedure and training projects; conduct EHS orientation and continuous training within the company to improve employee’s knowledge & mind-set in each of EHS;
4.管理和协调工厂应急响应组织及相关体系,确保对紧急情况的及时有效响应。
Manage and coordinate site emergency response team and related systems. Ensure timely effective reaction for emergency.
5. 搜集EHS相关数据和信息（包括环境方面的排放、废物处理、员工体检结果、职业暴露危害的监测等），分析数据、鉴别安全风险，并负责安全预防措施的不断改进和完善；
Take charge of statistics, analysis, and investigation reports on safety and risk such as waste disposal, the risks of occupational exposure，etc. Identify and control the factors of hazards to ensure hazard minimization, develop and implement improvement measures;
6.负责协调维系与机构、政府部门(技术监督局，环保局，消防大队、派出所)关系，以了解最新的政策。
Liaise with external authority and government to get latest legal requirement on EHS;
•Education学历
大学本科及以上，安全工程、环境工程或相关专业优先
Bachelor Degree or above, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related major is preferred.
•Skills技能
1.3到5年外资制造型企业EHS管理相关工作经验
3-5 years related experience in MNC
2.熟悉ISO14000及OHSAS18000管理体系
Familiar with ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 management system.
3.熟悉中国环境、健康、消防等相关部门法律法规
Familiar with China environment/health/safety and fire departments laws and regulations.
4.至少CET-4，英语说写能力良好，CET-6优先考虑，沟通能力好。
Good English both on speaking and writing is preferred. CET-6 preferred, CET-4 at least. Good communication skill.
5.判断能力强，有强烈的责任心及工作热情。
Strong judgment ability and highly sense of responsibility
with working passion.
6.能在压力下工作。
Can work under pressure.
