• Development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures;
• Maintain injury and illness records and reports;
• Develop and conduct training programs for salaried and hourly workforce;
• Conduct Industrial Hygiene surveys;
• Conduct EHS audits, recommending and assisting in the correction of Hazards Identified;
• Participate and administer the Health and Safety Committee;
• Administer the medical management program for injured employees;
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations;
• Report required information to regulatory agencies and the corporate office;
• Direct and maintenance of worker’s compensation, training, industrial hygiene and safety records.
   

Key Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Environmental Health and Safety related field;
• At least 5 years related experience in a manufacturing plant;
• Practical working experience in industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety management systems;
• Possess a proven track record in the design, setup, implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems;
• Willing to travel;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
