Job responsibilities (main tasks) / 工作职责:
Together with the Legal Unit Manager and Plant Manager, responsible regarding compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. Establish EHS training program, organize and provide training to the employees;
2. Define and standardize safety guidelines, standards, work with production line managers to define safety requirements, PPE, etc. for each working place;
3. Organize risk assessment team, carries out risk analysis and suggests written recommendations regarding preventive measures to control high risks;
4. Plans, realizes and documents together with the Legal Unit Manager / Plant Manager and the line managers safety measures including focus topics and campaigns.
5. Sets up an emergency organization in agreement with Legal Unit Manager / Plant Manager and line managers and keeps it up to date. Regularly instructs employees in collaboration with line managers about organization and behavior in emergencies and regularly carries out evacuation exercises.
6. Advises the Legal Unit Manager / Plant Manager and line managers how they can ensure the legally required collaboration of the employees regarding safety.
7. Knows the relevant national laws and regulations as well as Rieter internal guidelines regarding EHS and elaborates recommendations for the Legal Unit Manager / Plant Manager to comply with them and keep up to date.
8. Assist with EHS manager for budget / investment proposal, submit PR for EHS related;
9. Assist with EHS manager for relevant EHS assessment/ audit, follow up with the findings;
10. Provide regular reporting.
Job qualifications/任职条件:
- Bachelor degree or masters degree in EHS
- > 5 years experience plus; Experience in textile machinery field is preferable
- > 3 - 5 years experience on EHS
- > Rich experience in EHS laws, regulations, etc.
- Strong in motivating staff
