赫斯基注塑系统 EHS Coordinator

To provide EHS & Security support to EHS Supervisor, team leaders and team members.

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:

• Anticipate, identify and evaluate EHS hazards and risks integral to Husky's operations. Manage key projects designed to provide business solutions with regards to those risks.
• Provide EHS support to Business Units & JEHSCs, and monitor committees' activities.
• Develop / implement new environment, health & safety programs, and review / update current programs and deliver EH&S training to team members and contractors.
• Develop / update, and communicate team leader safety talks on EHS topics.
• Conduct regular facility audits to measure EHS compliance and audit waste management contractors as required. Assist in regular industrial hygiene air monitoring&noise surveys, and other industrial hygiene surveys as needed.
• Classify hazardous waste and maintain Regulatory body's registration up to date. Coordinate special hazardous waste disposal shipments. Audit and approve hazardous waste vendors every three years.
• Provide guidance on selecting and sourcing appropriate PPE, prepare schedules of regular vendors, liaison with vendors.
• Complete EHS review and approve new materials and equipment.
• Operate the security / access control systems.
• Coordinate daily EHS affairs, ensure secure and safe working environment
• Provide general functional support to the EHS Leader as required

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills&Abilities:

• Experience of group coordination. Be able to resolve conflicts and communicate with other people effectively.
• Team work, guide and helping, obeying and following direct orders
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good English and Chinese communication skills
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• College degree or above
• 3 years relevant experience in foreign companies preferred
