一、工作职责：

1、按照公司发展的战略，积极开拓新的优质客户；

2、筛选、评价、推荐合适的人才，为客户提供高效的猎头服务；

3、建立维护上下游客户和候选人良性合作关系；

4、团队管理、招聘、培训和管理下属；

5、掌握市场资讯，了解市场动态，为客户和候选人提供最有价值的 发展建议；

6、寻找和挖掘业务信息，进行业务拓展。

项目管理职能：

1. 完成个人年度业绩任务；

2. 向顾问提供人选搜寻方向及客户所在行业的相关信息；

3. 指导人员搜寻的进展情况，对潜在人选进行面试考核；

4. 负责对人选进行背景情况调查，并跟踪合同执行情况；

5. 就项目进展情况定期向客户、顾问经理提供报告或介绍；

6. 解决项目执行过程中突发的事件和矛盾；

7. 负责发出付款通知单并催收回款；

8. 负责项目的回顾并跟踪监控入职人选的表现。
