AI视觉分析开发总监经理【可远程办公】

岗位职责： 1. 负责EHS行业相关的图像算法研发，优化改进； 2.推动各类算法在众多实际应⽤领域的性能优化和落地； 3.提出和实现最前沿的算法，并保持对业界和学术界先进算法的研究； 4.相关的知识产权的提炼及产出； 5.视觉算法岗高级职位。 任职要求： 1. 具有图像识别、语义分割、图像（静态/动态）⽣成（GAN、VAE、Diffusion Model等）、姿态估计等⽅向视觉AI算法三年以上研发经验； 2.擅⻓跟踪学术界和⼯业界相关前沿技术； 3. 计算机、数学或相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历；有对口丰富经验的，可放宽学历为本科 ； 4. 具备扎实的图像处理算法基础，熟悉CV等图像开发框架，有良好的数学功底； 5. 良好的编程基础， 掌握Python/C/C++/Java等编程开发技术和常⽤的数据结构、算法， 熟练使⽤业界常⽤的算法训练⼯具（tensorflflow/pytorch等）。 加分项： 1. 有AIGC、多模态大模型相关研究及应用经验者优先； 2. 曾在领域的会议或期刊发表论⽂，或知名⽐赛中取得优异成绩者优先； 3. 具备3D或图像矢量化相关研究经验者优先； 4.有EHS相关领域的AI研究经验者优先,如不安全行为，人机风险等。
