Cylinder Requirements

Does
anyone have a quick reference for what piping materials should be used
for different types of gas cylinder piping?  (i.e. copper, stainless
steel, etc.)  Do you require labs to do it this way?  Our new building
had cylinder closets and I am tasked with helping them get everything
piped into the rooms.
