According to the regulation of Article 12 of the Labor Protection Regulations for Workplaces Using Toxic Substances, 2002, the company who use 高毒物品 need to the assessment twice a year. What a funny regulation! Is there any company complies with this article? If not what can we do? |

sure, you should follow this regulation, but you can do informal assessment by yourself, and at least need to monitor the limit of toxic substances.
