市场监管总局特种设备局关于试行特种设备安全沙盒监管制度及其实施方案公开征求意见的公告

 为保障特种设备安全，鼓励先进技术的推广应用，统筹发展与安全，进一步完善特种设备采用新材料、新技术、新工艺（以下简称“三新”）审批，我局推动试行特种设备安全沙盒监管制度，组织起草了《市场监管总局关于试行特种设备安全沙盒监管制度的通告（征求意见稿）》（见附件1）和《特种设备安全沙盒监管制度实施方案（试行）（征求意见稿）》（见附件2），现向社会公开征求意见。公众可通过以下方式提出反馈意见：

1.登陆市场监管总局网站（http://www.samr.gov.cn），通过首页“互动”栏目中的“征集调查”提出意见。

2.公众可通过电子邮件方式将意见发送至：fengyq@samrdprc.org.cn，邮件主题请注明“《特种设备安全沙盒监管制度（征求意见稿）》”。 

3.通过信函方式将意见寄至：北京市朝阳区安立路66号安立花园B座10层市场监管总局召回中心（邮编：100101），并请在信封上注明“《特种设备安全沙盒监管制度（征求意见稿）》”。

意见反馈截止时间为2024年6月30日。
