To lead and administer the site’s enviro
nmental health and safety (EHS) compliance and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures and objectives.
To foster facility awareness, involvement, and accountability of enviro
nmental health and safety issues to ensure full integratio
n of company initiatives within all stages of the business.
To provide EHS technical leadership and serve as advisor for the management of pollutio
n treatment facilities to minimize company liability and ensures company's full compliance with local regulatio
ns and the company's corporate EHS policy.
Establish, implement, and drive processes and programs to comply with EHS regulatory rules and best practices.
Supervise site inspections and program evaluations, and track the actions plan to close gaps during the audit. Lead in various types of EHS compliance and/or management system audits to ensure compliance with local, national and the Corporate requirements
Integrate EHS policies, procedures, data analysis, training, record retention with business objectives to meet EHS expectation
Provide technical advise and manage pollution treatment facilities and EHS information for compliance with local programs
Secure, maintain, and understand permits, licenses, and regulatory interpretationnt
Act as a Company representative for all government agencies
Publish EHS results for posting and distribution
Responsible for the coordination between Corporate EHS team and local management team to ensure the consistency and stardard of EHS operations
Responsible for verification for manufacturing engineering process and layout from EHS perspective
Provide technical guidance, compliance support, and regulatory interpretation
